PAYMENT OPTIONS -
All
orders can pay with VISA or MASTERCARD. If you need to pay
with a check you may, however we will not start on your order until
the check is received and the check must clear our bank before your
order will ship. We can not accept purchase orders or electronic
transfers. All pricing
includes a FREE custom engraved plate
with as much information as you would like (unless otherwise noted).
If a price is listed incorrectly, you will be advised of the actual
price when placing your order.

-Minimum
Order Up Charge-
All of our extremely low prices are set with large volume orders in
mind therefore these prices only apply to orders of $300.00 or
more.
If
your order totals less than $300.00 you will be charged a $50.00
processing fee however your order will not exceed $300.00.

Example #1: Your order totals $275.00, you will be charged a
$25.00 processing fee so that your new total will be $300.00.

Example #2:
Your order totals $200.00, you will be charged a $50.00 processing fee
so that your new total will be $250.00.

Parts Only Orders: You
may order just parts from us, this will allow you to build your own
trophies or fix up trophies that you already own.
All parts will be sold at our cost plus
50%. All parts orders totaling less than $100.00 will be charged
a $25.00 processing fee. Shipping is FREE on all parts only orders
excluding marble and wood components.

Plates Only Orders: You
may order just engraved plates from us, this will allow you to update
trophies that you already have.
All trophy plates will be $1.75.
Other plate sizes will be quoted at the time of purchase.
Additional plates may be ordered with any awards order however if
plates are ordered alone there is a $30.00 minimum order plus
shipping.

TURNAROUND TIME - All
Orders WILL leave our shop within 6 business days.

In many cases we can do a order in less time but if you place your
order late we may turn it down if we do not feel that we can complete
the order on time. It is always in your best interest to order
early because if there is anything incorrect about your order, and we
have enough time, we will always do what we can to fix the problem.

Rush Orders - If
we decide to accept an order within less than 6 business days plus
shipping time, that order will be charged a "Rush
Order Fee". This fee will
consist of (4% or $30.00)
Which ever is greater.

Excessive Data Entry -
In most cases all
art work and engraved information is FREE however if you do not
provide us with information in an approved format and excessive data
entry or art work is required there will be a $50.00
Excessive Data Entry Fee. This
fee can be easily avoided, ask us in what format your information and
art should be provided. When providing name and class
information it is your responsibility to list all information clearly
and in an electronic format.

FREIGHT - All orders
are shipped FREE via UPS. Rush deliveries
are available at an additional cost. Every trophy will be wrapped in
bubble paper, all voids will be filled with high quality craft paper, and every box
will be made of double lined heavy-duty cardboard. We charge
$10.00 per box to cover all of the packaging materials, this ensures
you that every order will be packed using the best materials possible
and keeps breakage to a absolute minimum. Our boxes will hold 4
championship trophies, or from 8 to 20 standard trophies.

At the time that your order leaves our
shop you will receive a tracking number from the automated system at
UPS. You may follow this link to log into the
UPS web site and enter your
tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment. It is
your responsibility as the customer to track your order and inform
Race Rewards if there is a problem with its delivery. If we do
not hear from you, Race Rewards will conclude that the order arrived
as scheduled.

SHIPPING DAMAGE - Although
most orders arrive unhurt, breakage can occur when awards are being
delivered. Unpack all boxes upon receipt to inspect for damage. With
every order we send along a few extra parts, make sure you look
through all the packing material before discarding.
Please contact us immediately regarding any breakage,
and if you do not already have the necessary parts we will get
replacement parts to you right away. We will pay for standard
UPS ground shipment on replacement parts, if you are short on time and
need parts rushed out you will be required to pay for the extra
freight, (A good reason to order early). If for some reason there is a box
with extensive damage, make sure that you keep that
box, packing
material, and all damaged parts, as we will be eligible for a refund
from UPS. UPS will want to stop and pick up the damaged materials.
If you do not keep the damaged boxes and items you may not be eligible
for free replacement.

RETURNS - We
will buy back any trophies at 75% of the wholesale cost of useable parts.
We have a few select sizes and colors that we will buy back at 100%
of the purchase price minus $1.75 for the engraved plate. You must
specify that you want the returnable trophies when ordering. The only
trophies eligible for a full return are 14", 12", and
10", single tiers in one of these three colors: Red Raindrop,
Blue Raindrop, and Silver Raindrop. On all returns you are responsible
for the return shipping.
