| Unlike most trophy companies, we do not sell ready made, cookie cutter, trophies. All of our orders are custom built after you tell us what you want. We have many sample pictures on our website to help get your creative juices flowing, from there what you get is up to you. Browse our site to get ideas, then tell us what you want us to build. You can buy any combination of trophies, all in the types, heights, styles, and colors that will fit your event and budget the best. Once you have an idea which awards you would like to use, the next important step to realize is that all of our awards are custom engraved with any information, and graphics. You will NOT be charged more regardless of the amount of information that you would like on each plate. |

1. Click on the email link found at the bottom of any page. |

2. List the items that you would like to order in the email. If ordering trophies: Let us know the Type, Height, Style, and Color for each trophy. This information can be found on the standard trophies , design options, and column pages. example: 10, 24" standard double tier trophies with blue raindrop columns, and motocross topper. |

3. List out all engraving information, we prefer that you attach the engraving information in a Microsoft Word or Excel document. |
|
4. List the following: - Name - Phone Number - Email Address - Billing Address - Shipping address - The Date that your event will take place - Event Type (i.e.. soccer, cheerleading, motocross, ect.) - Club Name |
|
5. Send the email. - you will hear back from us shortly via telephone to confirm the order and secure payment, (do not include credit card numbers in your email, we will take care of payment over the phone) - you will then receive a email confirmation that your order has been processed. - you will then receive a second email which will contain your official printable invoice. - finally you will receive a third email confirming that your order has been shipped, this email will also contain the shipments routing numbers so that you can track your shipment. |
